Who we help

Toorak families and professionals come to us with all kinds of problems, from neck pain and headaches to sciatica and burnout. What most of them share is a nervous system stuck in fight or flight, and that is where we focus.

Three people we see most

Find yourself here

Everyone arrives with something particular to them, so care is shaped to the individual rather than the label. These three are simply the patterns we meet most often in Toorak.

The professional

1.The professional

Long days at the desk. A neck that never lets go, headaches by mid-afternoon, wired at night and foggy by two. It has been like this for years.

Parents

2.Parents

Two young kids and not enough sleep. Jaw clenched, tingling fingers, a lower back that goes every few months and a memory that is not what it was. Running on empty and calling it normal.

Children and infants

3.Children and infants

Wired and cannot settle. Meltdowns over nothing, fidgety at the desk, waking through the night, tummy aches and headaches. A small body stuck in fight or flight.

Not quite you? That is common, and it changes nothing about the first step. An assessment looks at how your nervous system is actually running and whether care at Aura is right for you.

How we assess

One way of working, whoever you are

Pain is a signal, not the story. We measure before we adjust, so nothing is a guess, then care for the nervous system that keeps producing it.

Book an initial consultation

Stage one:Book an initial consultation

One visit, $99, ordinarily $189. A full history and examination so we understand what your body has been carrying and for how long.

Neurological scans and Report of Findings

Stage two:Neurological scans and Report of Findings

Dr Arthur Kaganovitch (Chiropractor) explains all the different scans and results and comes up with a bespoke, unique plan for your needs.

Nervous system first chiropractic care

Stage three:Nervous system first chiropractic care

Specific, gentle adjustments directed at what the scans and examination found, re-measured against your own baseline so you can see what has shifted.
