1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aura Chiropractic application (the “App”), operated by Aura Chiropractic (“we”, “us”, or “our”), located at Shop 32, 443-449 Toorak Road, Toorak, Victoria, Australia.

By accessing or using the Aura Chiropractic app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

– Ensuring you have the right to authorise the App’s access to any connected Third-Party Service.

You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the App from your Third-Party Service accounts.

– Use the App to violate the terms of service of any connected Third-Party Service, including TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
– Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without our written consent.

6. Third-Party Services

The Aura Chiropractic app integrates with Third-Party Services, including TikTok. Your use of these services through the App is also subject to those services’ respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for
the practices, content, or availability of any Third-Party Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Aura Chiropractic app, including its design, code, branding, trademarks, and original content, are owned by Aura Chiropractic or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the Aura Chiropractic
app.

8. Health Information Disclaimer

The Aura Chiropractic app may surface health, wellness, or chiropractic-related content. This content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. It is not a substitute for
professional consultation, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare practitioner. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Aura Chiropractic app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by Australian law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted,
error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Chiropractic and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Aura Chiropractic app,
including loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having the service re-supplied.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Aura Chiropractic app at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the App at any time.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
