Getting here from Cremorne
Getting here
We settle the nervous system first, because a body that is always switched on cannot hold a change for long.
The drive is about 10 to 15 minutes, south down Church Street and then into Toorak Road, arriving at Shop 32, Trak Centre, 443/449 Toorak Road. The Trak Centre car park gives you 90 minutes free parking, and Jackson Street and Toorak Road have timed street parking.
East Richmond station sits inside Cremorne itself, on the Belgrave, Lilydale, Glen Waverley and Alamein lines, though it is worth checking the timetable because not every train stops there. For trams, route 70 runs along Swan Street and route 78 along Church Street at the suburb's edges, and route 78 south takes you to the Chapel Street and Toorak Road corner, where tram 58 runs east along Toorak Road to our door.
From the Swan Street strip and the old Dimmeys site, from the furniture showrooms along Church Street, or from the offices under the Nylex Clock on the former Bryant and May site, it is the same short trip. Cremorne is close enough that patients regularly come in between meetings rather than blocking out half a day.

Who we see
Who we see from Cremorne
Cremorne is a couple of thousand people in less than a square kilometre, and it has become one of Melbourne's densest technology precincts. Almost everyone we see from there works at a screen, often at pace, and the pattern is consistent: forward head posture, shoulders held high, a jaw that does not unclench, and a nervous system still running at work speed hours after the laptop closes.
