By car it is about 10 to 15 minutes south, either down Church Street or across Punt Road, to Shop 32, Trak Centre, 443/449 Toorak Road. The Trak Centre car park gives you 90 minutes free parking, and Jackson Street and Toorak Road have timed street parking.
Richmond station is a major interchange, with the Pakenham, Cranbourne, Frankston, Lilydale, Belgrave, Glen Waverley, Sandringham and Alamein lines all passing through it. The useful part for you is the Frankston line, which runs to Hawksburn station, our nearest at about an 11 minute walk. The trams are less direct: route 78 on Church Street, routes 48 and 75 on Bridge Road, route 70 on Swan Street and routes 12 and 109 on Victoria Street all need a change onto tram 58 to reach Toorak Road.
Whether you are coming from the Bridge Road outlets, the Swan Street strip, Victoria Street or the streets behind Punt Road Oval, the trip is a short one. Richmond is close enough that a course of care never turns into a logistics problem, which is the practical difference between care people plan and care people finish.

About 3 to 4 kilometres, or roughly eleven minutes by car outside peak, heading south on Church Street or Punt Road. By train it is shorter again, because the Frankston line runs from Richmond station to Hawksburn, which is our nearest station at about an 11 minute walk from the clinic door.
The Trak Centre car park gives you 90 minutes free parking, and Jackson Street and Toorak Road have timed street parking. Ninety minutes is comfortably more than an appointment takes. If you would rather not cross Punt Road at the wrong hour, the train from Richmond station to Hawksburn removes the question entirely.
