Driving, it is about 10 to 15 minutes south down Glenferrie Road and west into Toorak Road, to Shop 32, Trak Centre, 443/449 Toorak Road. The Trak Centre car park gives you 90 minutes free parking, and Jackson Street and Toorak Road have timed street parking.
The tram trip is unusually neat. Route 16 runs the length of Glenferrie Road and meets route 58 at the Toorak Road corner, which is where route 58 begins, so it is a change from one tram to another with no train in it at all. Route 58 then carries you west along Toorak Road to the Grange Road stop at our door. If the train suits you better, Hawthorn and Glenferrie stations are both on the Lilydale and Belgrave lines.
Whether you set off from the Glenferrie Road shops, from the Hawthorn Arts Centre end, or from the Victorian and Edwardian streets of the Grace Park Estate, the route is the same and it is short. That matters more than it sounds. A weekly appointment you can reach in ten minutes is one that survives a busy month.

About 3 kilometres, which is roughly a ten minute drive outside peak, south along Glenferrie Road and west into Toorak Road. We are at Shop 32, Trak Centre, 443/449 Toorak Road, Toorak. Plenty of our Hawthorn patients leave the car at home and take the tram instead, because the connection happens to be a very good one.
The Trak Centre car park gives you 90 minutes free parking, and Jackson Street and Toorak Road have timed street parking. Ninety minutes covers an appointment with room to spare. Coming down Glenferrie Road you arrive at the Toorak Road end of the Village, so the Trak Centre entrance is the first thing you reach.
Take tram 16 south along Glenferrie Road to the Toorak Road corner, which is where tram 58 begins its run, then stay on 58 west to the Grange Road stop outside the Trak Centre. It is tram to tram, no train needed. Hawthorn and Glenferrie stations on the Lilydale and Belgrave lines are the alternative if a train suits your day better.
Yes. We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 7:00pm, with Saturday by appointment, so an early start before work or a late finish afterwards are both possible.
