It is about 5 to 10 minutes by car, north east through Commercial Road and along Toorak Road to Shop 32, Trak Centre, 443/449 Toorak Road. The Trak Centre car park gives you 90 minutes free parking, and Jackson Street and Toorak Road have timed street parking.
By public transport, Prahran station sits on the Sandringham line, one short ride from South Yarra, where you can walk up to Toorak Road and take tram 58 east to the Grange Road stop at our corner. Prahran also has plenty of tram of its own, with route 6 along High Street and route 78 running the length of Chapel Street, and route 78 north to Toorak Road is the neatest single change onto 58.
From the Prahran Market end, from Greville Street, or from anywhere along the Chapel Street strip, the whole trip is short enough to fold into an errand rather than build a morning around. That is worth saying plainly, because the appointments people actually keep are the convenient ones.

About 2 to 3 kilometres, which is roughly nine minutes by car outside peak, through Commercial Road and east along Toorak Road. We are at Shop 32, Trak Centre, 443/449 Toorak Road, Toorak. It is one of the shortest trips of any suburb we see, which is why so many Prahran patients come mid morning.
The Trak Centre car park gives you 90 minutes free parking, and Jackson Street and Toorak Road have timed street parking. Ninety minutes is more than enough for an appointment. If Chapel Street has already cost you a parking search once that day, tram 78 up to Toorak Road spares you a second one.
Tram 78 runs the length of Chapel Street to the Toorak Road corner, where tram 58 takes you east to the Grange Road stop outside our door. By train, Prahran station is on the Sandringham line, a short ride to South Yarra, from which it is a walk up to Toorak Road and the same tram 58.
It is a full assessment rather than a quick look. We take a complete case history, examine your spine, analyse your posture and run a neurological examination, then measure your nervous system with heart rate variability and thermographic scans. If imaging is clinically indicated we will refer you for an X-ray, which the imaging provider charges separately.
