Getting here from Windsor
Getting here
Regulation comes before adjustment. We settle the system first, then work with what it lets us change.
By car it is about 10 to 15 minutes, north up Chapel Street or across through Dandenong Road, to Shop 32, Trak Centre, 443/449 Toorak Road. The Trak Centre car park gives you 90 minutes free parking, and Jackson Street and Toorak Road have timed street parking.
Windsor station is on the Sandringham line, a few stops from the city and closer still to us. The tram, though, is usually the easier trip: route 78 runs the length of Chapel Street to the Toorak Road corner, and tram 58 then carries you east to the Grange Road stop at our door. Routes 5, 6 and 64 also serve Dandenong Road and High Street if they are nearer your street.
From the Windsor and Dandenong Road corner, from the terraces behind Chapel Street, or from the grounds of the old Presentation Convent that is now St Mary's College, it is the same short journey north. Close enough to come before work, and close enough to come after it.

Who we see
Who we see from Windsor
Windsor holds a mix that changes street by street. Families in Victorian terraces, young professionals in apartments, and students from the nearby Prahran campus. Clinically, what we see most is the strain of small, cramped spaces and long hours: laptops on kitchen tables, sofas standing in for desks, and backs and necks that have been asked to hold positions they were never built for.

About 3 kilometres, or roughly ten minutes by car outside peak, north up Chapel Street or across via Dandenong Road. We are at Shop 32, Trak Centre, 443/449 Toorak Road, Toorak. By tram it is the length of Chapel Street and then a short run east along Toorak Road, which many patients find easier than driving.
The Trak Centre car park gives you 90 minutes free parking, and Jackson Street and Toorak Road have timed street parking. Ninety minutes covers an appointment comfortably. Given how well the Chapel Street tram connects Windsor to Toorak Road, a fair number of our Windsor patients never bring the car at all.
Take tram 78 north along Chapel Street to the Toorak Road corner, then tram 58 east to the Grange Road stop outside the Trak Centre. Windsor station on the Sandringham line is the alternative, and routes 5, 6 and 64 along Dandenong Road and High Street connect you into the same network if they are closer to home.
